Goal: Experience more calm and overview during the working day and recover and relax better after the working day.

Interactive and intensive training to gain insight into personal stress experiences (work and private life) and gain self-confidence and resilience.

Participants are offered practical tools and techniques to better relax, prioritize and focus.

Participants are encouraged to practise and reflect on their experiences and progress in between training days.

Practical details (group training)

  • Two or three successive half-day training days (4 hrs)
  • Two weeks between training days for personal practise
