Grounded in Daniel Goleman’s groundbreaking work Emotional Intelligence (1995, 2020), this training is designed to help you develop the skills that matter most for professional and personal growth.

Programme overview (2 half-days)

Through interactive, practical sessions, participants will explore and practice key EQ skills:

Day 1

  • Self-awareness (Mindfulness): Cultivate presence, clarity, and calm.
  • Emotional self-awareness: Identify and understand your emotions with confidence.
  • Self-management: Learn to regulate emotions and respond with resilience.
  • Motivation: Overcome self-sabotage and sustain positive habits.

Day 2

  • Empathy: Recognize and respect others’ emotions without being overwhelmed.
  • Cross-cultural awareness: Navigate and appreciate diversity in the workplace.
  • Relationship skills: Build stronger connections and improve collaboration.
  • Maintaining EQ skills: Apply strategies for long-term growth and resilience.

Between sessions, participants practice and reflect on assignments (approx. 10-20 min daily), ensuring that the insights and skills are embedded and benefits are experienced in daily life.
